While our board chieftains are busy verbally felating Jim Harbaugh. Did actual ND fans and posters who actually understand football notice how well J Grace played?

He replaced James O in the 2nd half, had 5 tackles and was the 4th guy on the FB. As a result ND held the FB in check and ND held Navy to 3 points in the 2nd half.Nice to see the kid back and contributing.

Grace should be starting .... he looks healthy now.

James O is better served versus Spread teams and playing in space. ND will be playing some cave man teams down the stretch. Pitt, BC and Stanford.

Grace will be counted upon in those types of games.

I did notice. he was a difference maker in the 2nd half. That said, I'm not one of those guys that says so-and-so should be playing over someone else. I don't have the luxury of seeing them all in practice all week, as the coaches do. I trust our coaches know more than anyone on this board, especially when it comes to who plays when. In fact I like it that we have depth to turn to, depending on the opponent and gameplan.
