Is the general concern of not having a pass rush going to have any effect on the season?

I would say it has a minimal effect on the season. Did you know ND as a team had 26 sacks which was 2 less than Bama and 9 more than FSU and both those teams played in 1 more game than ND. And for the star gazers, you guys can agree that Bama and FSU has recruited the D-Line better than ND (which I think ND has plenty of talent on the Lines).

I know the coaches and a lot of posters are worried about the pass rush this year and in all actuality I am not. I think it is hard to judge a pass rush when the D line is going against arguably the top O line in college football and possibly 2 future 1st round picks at Tackle everyday in practice. Its like saying a player is a poor defender when they are guarding Michael Jordan of Lebron James.

The only issues that will cause ND to not make the playoffs which they should of last year is injuries and turnovers. Thoughts?
