Is Okwara being recruited for his best position???

He was a 250R player now from the article on the front page it seems like he is going to drop and that he is going to need a lot of strength and weight to even see time on the field.

Anybody who has film knowledge tell me why he is not a LB and more of DE that ND is recruiting him for??
