To change things up little

Quite a statement game compare to last seasons game against the same opponent
Lots of freshmen seeing playing time in critical positions.
Their future looks bright if they can hold on to gheir HC

Hard to say. They seem to have improved. Maybe Colorado is just bad; they almost lost their first game.

Second half ws weaker for Nebraska; Raiola less productive in 2nd half. If other tems learn from film, may be a bit rougher for him and Nebraska.

Depends on what you mean by real. Rhule has a good résumé and should be able to improve on the 5-7 year 1 record. They beat a struggling Colorado and have a weak schedule, so they should he able to win 7-8.

They could be very good in a year or two. Maybe ND takes a shot at Rhule if Freeman doesn’t work out.

Northern Iowa is up next for Nebraska. Then Illinois.

Shouldn't have though. You don't belong in the top 20 losing to a team like that. Actually, shouldn't even be scheduling a team like that.
Perhaps but FCS is worse than the MAC at least generally speaking. NIU might end up being a good team. ND lost to 9-4 Marshall two years ago and finished in the top 25.

One bad loss doesn’t mean a team isn’t top 25. It happens even though it’s a bummer.

I’m actually pretty concerned about the defense matching up against Georgia Tech. Probably more than I am about Leonard.

NIL was made for schools like Nebraska and Michigan. We will need a bit more data points beyond beating an unbalanced CU Buffs team before we know. Nebraska has been 'back' as many times as we have, albeit without a major bowl berth.

Nebraska should be better. Maybe 8-4. Colorado just isn't very good. Maybe 5-7.
