Is it possible Brent could be moved

to defense? BK and staff have shown they aren't against flipping guys to different sides of the ball. He came in as a physical specimen (BKs words), he has been moved to RB and I can't see him remaining there with Folston, Adams, Williams and a few incoming freshman. He has great speed and athletic ability, good size at 6'1, 215lbs, seems like they could try him out at safety if he doesn't go back to WR. Thoughts? Maybe there has been news on him I missed.

My guess is that he can arm tackle as well as anybody else on the D so why not give him a shot at it.

My impression of Brent is that he's not entirely focused on football. Tremendous talent but not the desire to go with it. Hopefully that changes.

My first move this offseason would be move Watkins to Safety .

Not sold on Redfield thus far but we need to have safeties that can cover.

Second move would be to dump the 3-4 and play with 4 hands on the ground-----Tillery , Jones , Rochelle and Trumbetti .

Third move would be Tranquill to OLB .

Brent was grooming at WR and then moved to RB to add depth. IMO he is a talented player that would be a very good slot back/ wr . I had wondered if CJ were to return would he move back to the slot position ? Why not move him to the slot ? He has a lot of ability. may just need a chance to shine. 4th string at RB is a waste of time. Carlisle is gone . It looks like a perfect transition. Moving to defense ? IDK maybe but it might be a tough go with BVG. The secondary is depleted but another move for Brent might be to much mentally for a player that seems to have been struggling for a while.
Why not move Frosh, Chase Claypool @ 6-5-215 put him there now ! ND an afford to make that move now . They cannot afford to go into 2016 with Redfield , Baratti, Sabastian . That spells doom.
