Agree. He is better than Packer from my understanding. Should be an interesting situation. If Packer sucks, or is mediocre (more likely), I’d quickly consider Gino. I’d have been less angry with a Gino hire at OC. The issue I see is if Packit is just mediocre, ND will keep him around. Why don't they make that dude the OC? And leave Parker to coach TEs. My guess is 10 out of 10 coaches, if both of these two were foisted upon them by fate somehow, would do that. They'd take Gino G as their OC over Parker if they had to choose.
It looks like his career is just taking off, he now has one season as a full-fledged OC under his belt, at a well-run program, as well as the preceding years when UC was going undefeated or near undefeated every year, coaching up old boy at QB and getting to the playoff. I wouldn't have even minded this guy that much as a Plan B, after missing on Ludwig, or whoever else we didn't get. And his track record and career arc is very much of someone who's paid his dues and is seasoned enough and ready to step up into the big job. Parker seems like an unexceptional journeyman position coach....
A lot of coaches and former players and current players are high on Parker. No reason to not be open minded about himAgree. He is better than Packer from my understanding. You're assuming his mind is capable of being even a slight bit ajar.A lot of coaches and former players and current players are high on Parker. No reason to not be open minded about him

I suspect the offense will be a team effort, especially if Parker is still coaching TEs. Gino will coach the QBs and they will likely be quasi co-OCs.Agree. Not true according to the Marcus Freeman PC.I suspect the offense will be a team effort, especially if Parker is still coaching TEs. Gino will coach the QBs and they will likely be quasi co-OCs.
You mean the Jack administration press conference? We are naming press conferences after secretaries now?Not true according to the Marcus Freeman PC.
this will be Hartmans offense. 2024 Parker will show us how bad he sucks.I think this will be Parkers offense
You show us how bad you suck every single dayI think

Are you losing sleep wondering about that? Was Gino officially hired?
They had a good quarterback that season, but the real story of that game was that ND's quarterbacks made a couple of huge mistakes in the first half that put the team in a huge hole.Good .. his QB at Cincinnati ripped Kelly a new one!
