It really is mind boggling that Swarbrick and Kelly are still employees of the university. Simply start at the beginning of Kelly's tenure and look at all issues. One after another not to mention a mediocre football program to boot. After this latest news, Jenkins should come out on Monday and remove both Swarbrick and Kelly. To me it's irrelevant they had not been involved with the academic fraud. It was under their watch. Perception becomes reality. It's time to " drain the swamp " and show everyone that ND stands for academic and athletic integrity. A fresh start is clearly needed.
Remove Swarbrick and Kelly? Why stop there? How about removing Jenkins? And while we are discussing the status of the brand of the University, how about the Board of Directors?
Whatever it takes is fine with me. One thing is certain. The status quo isn't cutting it and hasn't for a long long time.
