Yeah this one STINGS. And yes ND is averaging 36 points per game vs legitimate opponents from Power 5 Conferences. But the offense sucks?

Kelly is a joke. How many wasted possessions were there before Kizer got comfortable today? He could've gained some confidence against Texas but Kelly wouldn't let him pass it last week. Wisconsin's back-up was in today in a 44-0 game tossing it around because he needs to be ready. Luckily, Kizer settled in his final oppo.

It's more than a little harsh to say he is the reason Zaire is out for the season. Seems to me, the Virginia player who fell on him was more likely responsible for that outcome.
But it is true, Florida Irish has a serious man crush on Kelly, who developed Golson into a natural disaster and who had a guy make some yards on punt returns when the kicker out kicked his coverage.
Gotta say I liked the decision to kick high and fairly short with 12 seconds left and about the only play that can beat you is a kick off return. Most of us "haters" would have preferred to see him keep the ball on the ground, despite the face the Virginia return made took a knee immediately.

Hey dick head I was responding to someone who claims Kelly is a good special teams coach. I think his record over the previous five years proves decisively he sucks at special teams.
