light grey sub text. Why? Writing is for communication. Why fight to read? I work for a major brokerage firm. Their big bucks two year studies in written communication (so important to a financial firm who wants to engender trust) have shown that black text, and 14 pt. Ariel font, is the most pleasing to the eye, the easiest to read, and creates a sense of trust from the reader. Light grey text isn't cool. It is hard to read. It's just not smart communication. B&G please take note!
