Where do you think he'll end up? ND, Penn State, Tenn? Tenn has a top dual threat coming in next season, ND has Wimbush, Penn State seems like the most ideal option for easiest route to PT. Kid looks like a stud though. Seems like the state of Indiana has had some really solid prospects the last couple cycles.

Penn State has a top 10 QB committed this year. PT hurdles could be the same at both ND and Penn St. Believe if he were signing today ND would get him but that is a year and a half away.
a lot of insiders think he'll be irish soon and plus he built a great relationship with top 2017 TE brock wright and his family at irish invasion.harbaugh and his wolverines are begging him to come Michigan but they really don't have a shot. most insiders have called it a NDvs Penn ST battle for a while now. he was just named today the 4th overall rated player in the 2017 player rankings
