How to Cancel my Subscription

I do not wish to continue my subscription and this site has my credit card. I've tried using the "Contact us" link and I get no response. I have also called 1-866-2rivals, allegedly their customer support, and get a message "our offices are currently closed, you can get assistance at any time by visiting us on line at help.yahoo.com." This is also a dead end.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
