I was looking at SOS rankings and the top 6 are all SEC teams with Bama at 5th. ND is 27th. WTF? Bama played an FCS team, Arky St and Louisiana Lafayette along with 2-10 Louisville and Arkansas. Their top win is LSU who is 9-3. ND’s top win is Michigan who is 10-2 and ranked higher. ND also has wins over a ranked 9-3 Syracuse and a ranked 8-4 NW which is comparable to Bama’s wins over ranked 8-4 Texas A & M, Miss St and Missouri. What do they factor in when determining strength of schedule?
