Charlottesville (Va.) St. Anne's-Belfield forward Javin Montgomery-DeLaurier received a bump from a three-star/No. 117 nationally to a four-star/No. 46 player nationally. The 6-8, 205-pounder is one of Notre Dame's top frontcourt targets in the 2016 class.
