Hey everyone,
We're looking for "Football Expert" for IrishSportsDaily.com. Someone who has a strong football background and intelligence, and someone who has strong communication skills who can explain the nuances of ND's offense, defense and the game of football to us normal fans who aren't quite as educated.
This person should have strong football playing experience at a higher level than high school, or coached the game for considerable amount of time. Having both would be excellent! We'd certainly prefer someone who has coached at the college level, but I've met a lot of smart high school coaches who know a lot about the game as well.
The position will involve:
Written analysis of Notre Dame football-offense, defense, special teams, coaching.
Video chalk talks explaining the Xs and Os of ND's offense and defense.
Video breakdowns of ND's games, as well as evaluations of current ND commitments and prospects.
Written evaluations of current ND commitments and prospects.
Written expert analysis of ND's players performing during practices the media is allowed to attend.
Participation in radio show/videos to offer opinion on ND football.
Attending ND games, practices, interview opportunities.
Participation on our message boards discussing all things ND football, and answering questions from ISD customers.
This job will be a full-time, salaried position. The person would have to reside in South Bend. A strong background in the spread offense or a comparable type of defense to ND's would be preferred but not required.
It's important we find the right guy, so we'll be patient to make sure that happens. If you know of anyone who might be qualified and might have some interest in the position, please forward this link or my e-mail address to them and ask them to send me a detailed resume explaining their experience and interest in this opportunity.
If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me as well: mikefrank18@sbcglobal.net
Thanks,

Hey, if that new guy Driskell is all this on his resume, we are good.
Steve Wiltfong turned our all right, BTW.
