For 2019 we are pursuing Hurt, Moore and Isaiah stewart.

We will only have 6 scholarship players in 2018 so it is good to see Brey and staff out there. Most of the candidates are PGs and Wings. 8 guys I mention here are 6'8 or more though.

Would love to see them add two more Ontario boys to the roster after landing Djogo. Kirkwood is a stud and Ashbury College is an extremely high end academic, private school. Had the pleasure to watch him play in Ottawa. Shittu I've never seen live, but he's from that same stretch of highway that has produced guys like Djogo, Bennett, Wiggins, Stauskas, Joseph, Thompson, Maker, etc, etc in recent years. There is some serious talent in the GTA.

The 4* 6'7" SF Kirkwood is the guy I am focusing on from Canada. The 5* 6'8 240 PF Shittu would be awesome but we have not done well with guys like that as the 2017 class showed. I didn't know he was from Canada. We have been courting Kirkwood for awhile. I think we have a better chance with him. I want to keep the Canada pipeline going and a productive Djogo would help that a lot.

Ryan's departure might give Djogo a real chance for minutes this year. Anyone heard about his defense? It was not his strong point IIRC when we signed him.

Caution ... A lot of this info is dated. Finke has a current top 3 of ND, Northwestern and Vandy. Nance has a current top 3 of Northwestern, Michigan and Purdue. Cormac is a dedicated high academic kid with blue blood offers from the likes of Villanova. But he could end up at Stanford, ND or Northwestern. Hauser and Hunter are blowing up. Either one would be a great get for the Irish.
