Anyone else watch that Special Forces show? Golden is on there, along with Cam Newton and several other former athletes, plus some other 'celebrities'. One thing that really sticks out with GT and CM, is how much these guys miss the game of football once they retired. And not just miss it, but also feeling lost without it. They both seem to still be searching for something to fill the void. And Cam said he's missing those big checks too. He just comes across as a really arrogant guy IMO. But I like Golden. Seems like a great guy

Golden Tate, a true gem and treasure from the Charlie Weis years. And an awesome player. Remember when he had that scandal when he barged into a donut shop at three in the morning, and took a donut out of the oven or something. Presumably drunk, but still respectable, and managing to represent ND well nonetheless. I guess those are the sort of indiscretions that happen to ND players.

Wasn't there another scandal where he banged Russell Wilson's wife/girlfriend and was suspended for PEDs in 2019? lol
