Just want to say congrats on reaching the title game. Our game with ND was a hard fought game and enjoyable to watch. I wish we would have made the plays to win, and we had a chance but did'nt. Good luck vs Uconn. I will be pulling for your girls, from a gamecock.

Thanks for the kind words. USC has some tough ladies on their team. How many do you guys lose after this year? If they are a young team I can see them in the final 4 next year.
ND came close, REALLY CLOSE, to blowing that game.
Couldn't buy a bucket in the final five minutes until Cable hit the game winner.
Starters fouling out, missing layups etc. They almost gave it away.

Our team is right up there with ND the way I see it. I think we just never give up and play hard which is why we came back. We lose 3 from this years team. One senior that is a great presense in Welch and 2 senior bench players that contribute some as well.
you can say that the game shouldn't have been close if our irish hadn't missed on so many easy shots that were taken in the paint but the gamecocks also missed a lot of free throws during the game. either way it was a great game to watch. our irish return everybody next year but two bench players that never play and then we add three mcdonalds high school all-americans to the roster so I could see them having an undefeated record going into next years tournament if they don't have any major injuries to any key players
