I picked up some tickets last night for the Georgia Tech game. Normally they say U or L for upper or lower part of each bowl. These ones say level T/R. I have no idea what that means.

I'm sure it will be obvious during gameday, but just curious if anyone has had this before.

Go Irish!

What is the section number?

Section 116.

So one of the guys I'm going up with decided to call the boxoffice. They said it stands for Tip and Roll. They used to be seats they would bring in for certain game. Now they're bolted in place.

116 is up top in the south end zone. Kind of catty-corner to the freshmen.

Kind of catty-corner to the freshmen? I thought the freshmen sat more to the north end zone, in the lower bowl.

Freshman sit in Sections 33 and 34. Right by that idiotic NBC boom camera and where the Lep hangs out. That is exactly where the team faces when they salute the students after an Irish win. Section 116 may very well be part of the visitors section. Depends on how many actually purchase tickets and make the trek to South Bend.
