Bwahahahahaha. the guy knocked off/copied Doak, many other stadiums and claimed it as his own idea. Does anyone wonder why our football players cheat or plagiarize? Holy crap, the University president does the same darn thing......great example he is setting....

Does this personal attack mean you've at least accepted that the ad and billboard campaign are real? Last I checked, they've raised three times their original goal to pay for posting one ad, and the same for billboards. Lot of pissed off ND fans out here. Would like to read your thoughts about ND football and the state of the program rather than your thoughts about CGVR. We all know you think he is an anti ND phony, and he thinks you are mentally inept. Why keep repeating yourself. The ignore feature works well.

Obviously, it was a horrible season. No fun for anyone. Obviously, CBK has made mistakes. I was hoping that Jack would've made a change this off-season, however he didn't. At this point, it is what it is---Kelly is coming back. Jack is paid a lot of money to make these decisions, we aren't. Let's hope that he's right.

I'm not defending Kelly, or even vouching for his return, however, he has proven that he can get to the Title Game, he has proven that he can win 10 games, he has proven that he can recruit top classes, he has proven that he can beat Stanford and SC and Oklahoma and Michigan and Michigan State.

He's coming back no matter what. Let's support him, support the program, support the kids, and hope that they can get this thing back on track. I'm not going to root against the program and hope for a 3 win season.....i just won't do it.

CGVR clearly has an ax to grind with University. The dumb pictures, the dumb nicknames, the never-ending negativity......someone had to stand up to this guy. I'm glad that I've been able to rattle him.

I agree that he has accomplished a lot at ND, but we are a .500 team the last four years and our major bowl performances have been embarrassing. These facts warrant dismissal and the program, players and fans deserve better. I disagree with a lot of the criticism for in game decisions like going for two against Clemson, etc... as arguments can be made for either side of these issues. But you have to admit that some of these decisions like the Tulsa game or the Northwestern game or the Texas game or the North Carolina game are just damn inexplicable, and he owns these loses. But most importantly in my mind, Kelly made a terrible decision when he hired BVG, and a worse decision to retain him after his second season. The in game decisions may be inexplicable, but the BVG decisions are inexcusable. Kelly put personal friendship above the best interest of the university, and he should be held accountable and fired. However, if he leads the team out of the tunnel next season, I will join you in cheering the team and for his success. I think CGVR and others who root for failure to hasten Kelly's firing, Love ND just as much as you and me; they just have a harsher view and see his firing as essential to ND football reclaiming a position of prominence, and I largely agree.

The major on and off field embarrassments reached a crescendo with the NCAA's hammer. For years, I told every single person on this board what was happening in that situation. You once again failed in your assessment of a football/University related situation. This is an example of many ND things that you know nothing about, but love to pipe off about.

Your problem is that you duck, hide, cower.... from an endless stream of facts and resort to personal attacks which are quite humorous on an anonymous board.

I think there will be another angle on the ad/billboards, but with the end of the semester coming it may be tight. imo They'll be up at some point in the next 60-90 days.
