Nahhhh! The teams he plays against have plenty of studs of their own. But it's a good measuring stick in terms of quality

whether or not he means it, he says the right things in terms of an ND degree. said awhile back he likes the coaches at nd and feels comfortable with them. Getting this kid on campus is huge. He could be the type that will love it once he's here. 24/7 has him the #1 WDE i believe, or at least did at 1 point.

Chances are like 10% or less from what I have read both fingers and toes are crossed though . But I do agree would be a game changer. but I feel on the Hayes line the longer he takes to commit the worse it looks on his signature
