Hey guys - sure this has been asked before, but who was your favorite recruit that you went crazy over when they announced for us? Curious who you were convinced was going to be "the guy" before he even stepped foot on campus.
For me, the Manti and Jimmy Clausen announcements were huge. I also remember being insanely excited for Ron Powlus when he signed as a little kid.
Other guys who I was insanely excited about (that worked out well):
1) Anthony Weaver
2) Julius Jones
3) Nick Setta (a kicker who could kick)!
Other guys (who didn't work out so well):
1) Carlos Pierre Antoine
2) Mike McNair
3) Jared Clark
