Old reference, but I think Fromm has more of the cousin Itt factor.Jake Fromm was a 5 star recruit. He looks like a future star and has that "it" factor.
You say he has the "it" factor. And you have come to that conclusion after less than a full game. That is funnyJake Fromm was a 5 star recruit. He looks like a future star and has that "it" factor. Absolutely no fear. The counter points are that he threw up a couple of balls that more talented defenders would have intercepted. He is a true freshman making his first start and doing it at Notre Dame. As excited as UGA fans are about him, we expect freshman mistakes. It looks like this will pitt Notre Dame's powerful OL against UGA's strength (defense). On the other side, the UGA OL is a work in process. If I were Chip Kelly, I would stack the box to try and stop Nick Chubb and Sony Michel. In that case, UGA should utilize an excellent TE group and a good WR corps to offset that strategy.

He may very well be all that but the kid hasn't played a full game yet. All of these kids are great HS players.Well I think he's referring back to his HS days and previous comments attributed to him, along with talk from his UGA teammates since arriving in January (he was an EE). Heck, he was even the star of his LLWS team back in the day too. I will say that Fromm seems to have more confidence in the pocket than Eason. Of course, on the flip side, a few of the balls he threw last weekend would have been easily picked off by more talented DB's, so hopefully he doesn't have too much confidence going into this one.
You might say that Fromm's confidence is giving Notre Dame confidence. In fact, Fromm's overconfidence is probably a greater threat to Georgia's chances than if he were jittery.Well I think he's referring back to his HS days and previous comments attributed to him, along with talk from his UGA teammates since arriving in January (he was an EE). If you're referring to my previous post, it makes perfect sense. Fromm's supreme confidence and over-reliance on what he deems his great touch and arm strength might prompt him to make ill advised throws. I read quite a few comments on the Georgia board that Fromm's TD pass to Wims was successful only because the receiver bailed him out on an up for grabs ball that just as easily couldn't have been intercepted. That makes No sense
Watch that analysis of the spring game and let me know your opinion on who looked better. Jake just sees the field better and knows where to put the ball. The hits check downs and has touch. Our offense will be more explosive with Jake no doubt. He might have an int, but overall we will score more points.

I don't think he needs to throw any picks for ND to win in double digits. ND is just a much better team.ND will win by double digits Saturday. The dogs backup QB will throw at least 2 picks. This will not be a hard game for ND!

Well, the entire uncertainty about a freshman QB, even a very talented one, is how prone he might be to mistakes. If ND contains the Georgia ground game, he will have to come through. A smart DC like Elko is anticipating such opportunity. Hard to take too much from a spring game performance.Of course he will make a mistake, but our offense will def score more points with him IMO. Did you watch the 5 min clip I posted above from our spring game? Him taking those chances is what will open up the run game. He usually gets the ball out quick, which avoids sacks. Honestly I don't think he wins or loses the game for us. That will fall on the Oline.
I'm pretty sure it's something green he's smoking...☘️I will have what this guy is drinking

Well let see the line is what 6.5 or 7, so adding 3 or four to that to get to double digits make me a druggie. I'll stick with ND by 14.I'm pretty sure it's something green he's smoking...☘️
He's our polite USC regular that wants us undefeated until we play them.
I root for ND every game but one. A hang over from being born in Indiana.
It's not based purely on a full game. It's what lots of people in the program are saying. He's an early enrollee and many have said he doesn't handle himself like a normal freshman. He's a playbook nerd and spends most of his free time watching football tape. He's still a freshman though and there will still be a learning curve, no matter how good he's been at reducing it.You say he has the "it" factor. First, it was a joke. It said you were smoking something green...then showed a shamrock. Good grief, how do you not get that?Well let see the line is what 6.5 or 7, so adding 3 or four to that to get to double digits make me a druggie. I'll stick with ND by 14.

It is about what he does on the field. To say he has the "it" factor after a half a game is ridiculous. It's not based purely on a full game. It's what lots of people in the program are saying. Just curious, if you're proven wrong, will you show up here after the game or on Sunday morning to eat crow, or will you hide out for several days or longer until things die down a bit?
LOL. Sure. I have been here for years and if any one remembers me, they can tell you I am wrong a lot. I don't enjoy being wrong but i know I often am and I am not afraid of that fact.Just curious, if you're proven wrong, will you show up here after the game or on Sunday morning to eat crow, or will you hide out for several days or longer until things die down a bit?
Thank you for the kind words.Beach is a USC fan, giving an unbiased opinion. Sure he wants the Irish undefeated when USC plays them, but by no means is his optimism on behalf of our beloved Irish any reason for him to eat crow, should things go sideways Saturday for the Irish.
He's stating an opinion, and has been on this board having civil conversations for years. Have nothing but utmost respect for @beachcardinal - even though I've been a lurker the majority of my time here, he comes as the friendly enemy in the rivalry.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but this may be the first time I've ever seen a teams fan we're playing in the current week, come to our board and call for a rivalry fan of ours to eat crow if he's wrong on a prediction
Strange times we are in.

Do you actually no people who are afraid of making a bad prediction on a message board? If so, you might consider new friends.
I will try to remember that having me admit any errors I make is important to you and post. If I forget post a thread asking me to admit I am wrong and I will co sign it.
