So "if" Isaiah Foskey announces for Notre Dame tomorrow that will mean he becomes the first since then. Foskey would also be the first player from powerhouse Concord De La Salle to sign with Notre Dame since Landri.
Of the 5 DL we "expect" Notre Dame to land, one is from California, one is from New Jersey and the other is from Texas. The two DT's are from Kentucky and Texas. That's what I call national recruiting.
