this is ALL I hear out of BK at every interview and press conference. That's great that our FOOTBALL team is tough and doesn't quit...it's just a joke that's the seal of approval. Something that is installed week 1 on the job not year 8.

Colin Cowherd ripped us again today. We are the joke of college football once again in September. Join a conference. It's impossible to go undefeated every year playing a different team from every conference every week. No way to have an identity on either side of the ball.

I agree that ND show grit & toughness. There were problems Saturday night but it wasn't due to a lack of effort, nor playing "soft".

Look I'm as disappointed as anyone that they lost Saturday. But to be called the" joke" of college football because they lost to an SEC by a point? The only joke is Cowherd. For the record, I think Kelly needs to go at the end of the season. With that said, if ND runs the table ( big if), then they will be in the playoff hunt. Again I'm not saying they will, I'm simply saying nothing is out of the question. Then on the other hand they could tank like last year. Who really is to say? This I do know. This weeks game will tell us a lot about this team. A dominant game by the Irish will show the resolve and desire to get back on track. Eek out a close win or even a loss, would show that maybe things haven't changed from last year at all. I guess we just have to wait and see.

Cowherd says things for shock value, and he knows our fan base is hyper-sensitive.

It's kind of sad when you have to say guys on full-ride scholarship didn't quit. When that statement is being uttered you know the team won't win many games.

Good luck waiting on joining the conference.

Coaches say it all the time everywhere. Nothing new. It was a good hard fought game. Georgia is a very good team who made just enough big plays to win. The Odell Beckham like catch their receiver made might be the best one anyone sees all year. I m disappointed nd lost but hardly discouraged about the rest of the season.

I watch the herd for free because he isn't a fan boy of any team or conference and speaks the truth. The bigger picture here is his following is HUGE and we were one of the main takes again today. Recruiting must like this??
