Boy it just looked like our entire TEAM came on stronger in the 4th! The DLine was relentless in pass rush and the DB's had the deep balls covered! Then the offense went over 90 yards---TWICE!!!

Perse the weather might have really put a chill into socal but I think the Irish were prepared to play to the end.

SC played on emotion out of the gate; the longer the game went the more flawed the preparation became an factor. The turmoil took its toll. Emotion will take you so far; there was a preparation gap last night.

That the game was a contest late into the game was more a factor of ND 1st half guffaws.

It probably can't be quantified he had any real impact positively, just like its silly to blame him for freak injuries when a guy gets rolled on. At the end of the day if bk wants him and thinks he helps, that's good enough for me.

IMO ND will need to play all 4 quarters vs temple....pitt....BC....and stanford. All tough but winnable games to determine THEIR Bowl.
