It is his first year. Not sure how many quality players he has to work with.
Don't get me wrong I love the Elko hire but Diaco is a good coordinator.

I don't know if the scheme is the problem but if you don't have defensive speed then Oregon runs through you. I wasn't entirely worried about an UO matchup in 2012 because I felt our lbs were sharp and Nix would've aways been in the backfield.
