if our irish beat usc this Saturday then they should be in really good shape with him since our irish were his second choice. talking between him and the irish staff have picked up a lot since the season started and it had been rumored recently that our irish could get him to flip. sorry irishnumberone1 but Michigan hasn't really been in the picture but mainly usc and our irish. things could change the way Michigan is playing but i'll be surprised if he doesn't choose our irish
with his recruitment being weird for awhile now, nothing would be shocking. But it would be close if he didnt go to ND at this point. I mean he said he loved ND with every part of his soul or something like that, likes Jaylon and considers him like a brother and had been trending towards ND since the Texas game many national writers felt. But he's also tried to transfer to Cali and move back to Mich and signed financial aid papers at USC. So what he likes today, may not be what he likes tomorrow.
he's not coming to Michigan. His mom hates us for whatever reason. Our mods all seem to think he's yours to lose. Congrats

Steve Wilfong thinks we get 4 star defensive end --Khalid Kareem a Alabama verbal from Michigan. Many think Michigan might get him (he lives in Michigan)

WIth the Sark on "temporary" leave, USC will rally around Clay Helton. I am familiar with Clay since he coached at the local college (Memphis) for about 10 years. This is going to be a tremendous challenge for our Irish. Clay is a bright coach. A win will take our best effort
I hate what Sark is going through in his personal life and hope he recovers from it all.......but when it comes to this game I hope ND dominates the Trojans and it isn't even a ball game. Would be huge for ND recruiting to put on a show this Saturday night.... and I hope it isn't a show that's fueled by Sarks leaving and a Trojan uprising. It would be a crushing loss to get beat by them at home, but with the talent they have it wouldnt shock me at all if it happened. This game very well could be the difference in a top 25 recruiting class and a top 5 recruiting class. Make it happen Irish!
I'm all ears as to why you believe he is bright coach. I've watched him for the last few years and am not impressed. Thur -v- he abandoned the run game when WASH couldn't stop it. I think he is like many coaches today, too enamored with the passing game. He's like a kid in the candy store with all of our receivers.
That said, I would like to hear your thoughts on Helton.
Michigan has not and will not be recruiting Daelin Hayes. It has nothing whatsoever to do with his mom hating UM. Sparty is likely the only viable competitor to ND for his services.

He will be in the rotation next yr which has to be a selling point for ND
Maybe because the coaches push everyone to 'general studies' instead of a real degree??
