Czar's Bar - Wake Forest Week

Okay boys and girls, the work for the week is finished and it's that time again. However, THIS time it's not only to hoist our glasses in anticipation of an Irish victory, but also to thank the seniors for the blood, sweat, and tears they have given for the Golden Dome.

I will begin the festivities by pouring myself a glass of Highland Brewing Company's Cold Mountain Ale, which just came out yesterday in time for the Holidays.

I've heard Roast Deacon goes well with Fava Beans and a nice Chianti. Just be careful with the Chianti.

Fall has not set in here in south Florida unfortunately. Today our glasses will toast with basil infused strawberry lemonade with vodka......and some stone crabs on the side.

Sal, that late night / early morning Bloody Mary hit the spot. Gotta go coach a little 8th grade CYO basketball now - That'll be over by 9am (West Coast) - Which means the tailgating begins at the house and I'll start out w/ a Irish Coffee ! Go Irish Go !
