nothing to sign...he remains a 'free agent', until his butt is in the classroom.
He has implied things are far from 'set in stone'. I hope he stays with Ca.

Unfortunate for Ca. but if he does not arrive there, then they may have committed an NCAA violation!
We all know what the wrath of the NCAA can being! absolutely nothing!
