Coach D: ND's Defensive Techniques?

Coach,

I have a pretty good idea of who lines up for ND at the NT and 3 technique. However, using an NT in the base 4-3 causes me a lot of confusion.

I am not at all clear on how and when ND lines up in the 5 and 7, left and right sides.

Are 9 technique players always OLBs?
