Clemson vs osu

Who wins. curious to see what people think. Living in cbus I am hoping they lose.
Ohio State easily Clemson not as good this year versus other years . Ohio State better players in trenches

OSU has looked quite average the last few weeks of their season. Same goes for Clemson. Clemson has more overall experience. Last team with the ball, wins.

Clemson 31
OSU 28

Clemson's d-line will be able to get pressure on TJ Barrett and make them one dimensional like Michigan did. Clemson win.

still recall vividly......the Woody Hayes incident. I watched that game...(hated Clemson then, and now)......Clemson won that game and the hearts and minds of America, because Woody Hayes stayed one year too long. That was a moment in sports history that would never be forgiven...sadly, and rightly so.

As a fan of the Big Ten...I watched OSU get whipped in the Rose Bowl often.....Hated USC religiously. But they just couldn't get it done. Now Clemson.....I knew we were watching the sunset moment for Woody Hayes when he grabbed that helmut and swung.......I watched that game on a 9 inch black and white portable I held in my lap.....

Woody Hayes........

Watson can carry a team.
Elliot was the horse in '16 but there does not seem to be anyone like him and the QB position still is unreliable.

Not a clear choice here.

To say Ohio St is better in the trenches than Clemson is simply not accurate. Certainly Ohio St can win, and certainly they are as talented as Clemson, but they aren't flat out better in the trenches. Outside of Alabama, Clemson's defensive line stacks up with anyone else in the country.

he's right.

Clemson has played down to the level of the opponent all year with a bunch of close games including the one point Pitt loss. Talent a plenty in trenches but the defense coordinator lets big plays get right buy his guys. Watson is inconsistent. Inaccurate throws and lots of interceptions all three years,, but when the pressure is on,, he shines,,, and will get it done in this game. Walk on from Myrtle Beach area, Hunter Renfrow, has been the game breaker WR. He looks like the manager coming off the bus at 5'10" - 170... but the kid is amazing even along side stars like Williams.

I like Clemson to win this game. A ton of talent on offense that will be able to score into the high 20's low 30's and the Ohio State offense doesn't really impress me much at all.

I see like a 31-17 type game for Clemson.
