I think there is no question he would start. I think all the freshman wide receivers should play. I would love to see it. A young team, working hard to improve. As long as the OL improved, it could be an electric young offense. Sure he'd make his share of mistakes, but he's got the best arm talent we've seen since Clausen.

He’s not even supposed to be here until 24…..

You’re way ahead of yourself.

He's highly considering reclassifying. I think he has even more reason to consider it given that Buchner is out for the season. Literally everyone will be expecting him to beat out Buchner if he comes in early.

The problem is Carr would have so much ground to make up if he were to enroll in June. He might be able to come in and start if he enrolled in January, but I doubt he'd have all the credits he needed to be able to enroll.

If a true freshman - that reclassifies from 2024 to 2023 - starts, ND is in HUGE trouble. HUGE ! Just way to much to ask of a 17 year old kid. The solution - get the kids - currently on the roster - ready. Not that hard to figure out

at what university? has he signed? you think he is excited by what he is seeing?

If Carr does not reclassify, we will go portal. No way does Pyne, Buchner, or Angeli start in 2023 barring a major breakthrough with Angeli or some freakish improvement from Pyne. Buchner is a major liability and even if he is healthy, he's not proven efficient at the position. If they don't either go portal or get Carr in early, they are out of their minds and frankly it would be another black eye on what is already shaping up to be a major failure in coaching.

look at the QB’s that are playing for new teams in 2022! some 5* and other very talented QB’s!
