I'm happy for him. I was hoping he'd be able to suit up at ND again to send a message to the S. Bend police that he wouldn't be bullied out of town, but I don't blame him one bit.

Produce the evidence that the SBPD bullied Butler out of town. He admitted that his actions caused a legit chain reaction from the police. Wasn't the crime of the century but he did apologize. So, the transfer was only to send a message to law enforcement?

Butler is an average player. He will most likely end up on special teams. He will play a year or so and then his career will be completed. No loss here.
