Last years Frosh Defensive POY in the Big Ten was Rivals Number 998.

Point being none of us have a clue . Some kids develop later on and become great players . Some kids who are highly rated don't pan out for a variety of reasons.

I've seen a number of the Rivals guys interviwed and the next one that has a bicep is the first.
