Two last second losses that could very easily gone our way. Many times to go 11-1 or 12-0 you need some luck. In those two losses lady luck was not on our side.

We will be back - this team has great resolve. Looking forward to the bowl game. This team is very exciting to watch.

The Stanford loss took a lot out of me but I am regrouping and should be ready for Ohio State.
I really believe the Irish were a National Championship team this year. Way too many injuries is what killed that dream. A healthy Malik Zaire has all the skills and swagger in the World and would not have been shaken in the least going into Clemson. A healthy Malik and we beat Clemson going away. Not to take anything away from Kizer but he was too inexperienced at the time to be thrown to the wolves. He did a very good job late against Clemson and showed great leadership but we needed 4 quarters worth of play not 1 and a half.
It will be a GREAT competition next spring and fall between Kizer and Malik with Wimbush in the wings. If the Irish beat Ohio State I believe Kizer will be the front runner and rightly so.

We are going to be a big fierce two headed beast at QB next year. Both Kizer and Malik will play and have d-coordinators scratching their heads... Need to think out of the box a bit. (Think Urban at Fla not OSU.)
