That isn't what Warren said. He was asked if the Big Ten "could" expand to 20 teams, and Warren answered yes.

His prediction is that players will eventually be paid, but there are no plans for that as of today.

so, college football does not exist anymore? hired representatives for comprising a football team are where we are!

I wish they were as interested in academically gifted students.
