Avery Davis - Baylor bound?

Well.....first Joshua Paschal instead of pledging to Notre Dame decides to play for Kentucky which happens to employ his brother as a coach.....and now we have Baylor hiring Avery Davis's high school coach and immediately extending him an offer.

Are there any other QB's on ND's radar as surely ND will be looking rather thin if Mr. Davis goes back on his verbal commitment and does not sign in February?

They are all free agents until LOI day -- outside of that, no sense in getting upset about something that was never yours.

I have not assumed he is leaving, just assuming it is much more of a possibility than it was a couple of days ago. We have seen many times these friendly hires of parents, coaches, family advisors and somehow it almost always leads to a commitment. We will see in February I guess.

Eric Hansen just said on his radio show that Avery is the recruit that is trying his best to keep this class together. He's texting the other recruits and is keeping things positive.
