Iowa is a developmental program that's usually 7-9 wins and a couple 10+ per decade.

Not bad for a program that seldom gets many 4* and above recruits.

You could easily make an argument that Iowa does more with less.
And we could easily argue ND does less with more.

That whole Big Ten West sucks. They've never beat the East (OSU, Michigan, PSU) in something like 10 years or so and most of the conference championship games have been total blowouts of 25 or more points

They are the 3rd best Big Ten Program but it is a distant 3rd.
