Another good scoop...Notre Dame is excited about recruiting James Banks of Stockbridge (Ga.) Mt. Vernon Christian School, who @Jordan Wells watched play this past weekend. The 6-foot-10, 230-pounder has now been offered by the Fighting Irish. I believe that makes six offers out in the class of 2016, and Utah guard Frank Jackson is likely the seventh, if he hasn't been offered already.
