Factoid OT: a local HS S&C coach (Great guy) is also helping train Bisping for this weekend's London fight versus Silva.

This guy is pushing the envelope on High low CNS training, nutrition...among other things.

PS There's concern about Bisping coming out too fast and not settling in...motor's running real high...
