Looking to do a College Football doubleheader on Labor Day Weekend. I'm planning on stopping in Dallas to see the Trojans and The Tide while en route to Austin to see the Irish.

The AT&T stadium ticket office seems to have a good number of tickets under $150 a seat. I realize I'll probably have to watch most of the game on that "MonsterTron" that they've got but I hate to "pass up" the opportunity/event.

I've never been there before so I'm looking for some tips/advice on seating/logistics/etc.

That sounds like a great weekend.

SC and Bama should be fun to watch. I am looking forward to seeing it as well as ND on Sunday!

I don't know. If I have to watch a concert or a game on a jumbo, that really doesn't excite me. Of course, you are really paying for the whole game day experience. Have fun and be safe.

I went to the Shamrock game against ASU. I had good seats, mezzanine in the corner, and there is still a huge temptation to watch the game on the big screen. I had to discipline myself to watch all plays on my side of the 50 yard line on the field, and watch the other end on the big screen. It's quite a place. Worth the visit.

I'm saving all my goodies and RC's for Sunday night's main event. ND at Texas. Have fun at Jerry's World and stay cool. The Metroplex's area is a dry heat so drink plenty of your favorite drink before venturing outside. It's the best climate I have ever lived in without question. Here on the river in Kentucky it's that sticky wet humid heat. There's plenty of good shopping and restaurants in the area. I've suggested several times to my wife that we move down to Fort Worth. She's happy here in the bluegrass state.

Been to Cowboy games there and it is a great experience. You will find yourself watching the screen and be amazed at the clarity. Huge stadium to say the least. Enjoy.

Sounds like a great plan, but I prefer a Saturday night in Austin for the music. Plus, how can I cheer against both Bama and SC?

Kudos, and enjoy, especially watching The Irish trounce the Longhorns!
