Savannah (Ga.) Chrisitan School five-star athlete Demetris Robertson plans to take an official visit to Notre Dame this fall, according to @RivalsWoody. Robertson, who decommitted from Alabama last month, is a top target for Notre Dame at wide receiver this cycle.
Irish assistant coach Scott Booker was at his school last week, and associate head coach Mike Denbrock is expected to make the rounds sometime this spring.
Robertson -- who is ranked as the No. 1 player in Georgia and the No. 1 athlete in the nation -- told Woody that the Oct. 17 game against USC is the target weekend for the trip, but that is subject to change. He also said that Notre Dame is one of his top schools along with Stanford, Georgia and Auburn.
