Although there will be no McDonald's All-American game for the second year in a row because of the coronavirus, the top 24 high school players were still selected.

6-1 wing Sonia Citron, ranked No. 16 nationally by ESPNHoopgurlz is among them, with the list found here.

My guess is because classmate Olivia Miles already enrolled at Notre Dame and did not have a high school senior season, she no longer qualifies as a high school student. Miles was ranked No. 8 by Hoopgurlz, while Prospect Nations and Blue Chips both had her among the top 5.

Not including Miles, who already is taking on a significant role, Notre Dame's roster next season would have six McDonald's All-Americans: graduate transfer Maya Dodson, senior Katlyn Gilbert juniors Sam Brunelle and Anaya Peoples, sophomore Maddy Westbeld and the freshman Citron.
