Sayville (NY) High Rivals100 quarterback Jack Coan was committed to Notre Dame for lacrosse, but he decided to open things back up today after landing scholarship offers to play football at Maryland, Michigan and Miami in recent weeks. He's still considering the Irish, but hasn't talked with the football staff … Yet.
"I have not talked to the football coaches yet," Coan told Friedman. "I would definitely be interested in Notre Dame for football. I jus thought it was a really beautiful campus. I thought the students were really nice. I thought it was a good atmosphere there and I liked it."
