Why does ND not do this during the game instead of not going turbo tempo mode, it is the same old same old turtle mode. This will attract top QB even though ND has done pretty good lately. Most QB’s like to sling it all over the field.
The defense does not have time to substitute or get organized. I hope ND goes up tempo during their bowl game this year
