Notre Dame remains at No. 3 in the team rankings following Aamil Wagner's commitment.

Notre Dame gained 27 points with the addition of Wagner.

Why so few? Because a 5.7 (high three star) is removed from the top 20 now that Wagner is in. So it is Wagner's 117 point value MINUS a 90 point 5.7 prospect.

As for the top five class goal...Notre Dame still has a ways to go.

Billy Schrauth would add 58 more points (if he commits). That actually wouldn't be enough either, but you would certainly have a top 8-10 class with that group (at the end of the day).

Get to 2500 points, there is a very slight chance for top five. Really, you need to get to 2650 or so to have a solid chance.

Re-rankings (at the end of the regular season and all-star season) may be a big part of the pathway....such as Eli Raridon jumping way up from his current 5.7 status.

All prospects rankings, and therefore team rankings, are subject to change. Keep that in mind
