Rivals is beginning with unveiling 17 new five-stars Monday. Unfortunately, I don’t expect any Notre Dame commits to get the bump quite yet. However, I can tell you CJ Carr is right on the edge.
The complete 250 will be released Tuesday. And new player and state rankings will be unveiled later in the week.
