Mistakes and limitations aside, I’m happy for Book the person, the young ND student athlete who can walk thru campus with smiles and pats on the back. I still want Kelly to play either Phil or Clark to learn which can elevate this offense.

ONce upon a time we had Boykin and Claypool split out, Adams and Williams in the backfield, some TE who probably plays in the NFL. But it's all for naught if your qb isn't in a system suitable for his type.

You can have the best RB In college football, but if the OLine can’t open up holes, he’s not going anywhere.
