Dual threat QB

Why can't we recruit one? And spare me, those of you that think Buchner was a dual threat. Either get your eyes checked or your tv. Was watching Louisville and FSU last night, and not only were both QBs slinging it all over the field, they were able to run extremely well too.

Side note, these uni's are incredibly ugly. C'mon ND, let's move out of the past!

We don't need one that can just scramble, we need one that we can have designed run plays. Someone that can elude tackles. A playmaker. Can't even remember the last time we had a guy like that.
