As Notre Dame continues to push ticket sales for its home football games this season, the Cal game Sept. 17 has been declared the first sellout. The Shamrock Series game in Las Vegas against BYU has also been deemed a sellout.
The ticket office has said the ticket volume remaining for the night games against Stanford and Clemson are low as well.
I'm a bit surprised that Cal was the first off the home slate, but that's probably related to requiring no single-game ticket sales for the Clemson game. In order to get Clemson tickets (outside of season tickets and the ticket lottery), you have to pay a $50 donation and purchase tickets to the home opener against Marshall.
